Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, and this is by design. We work closely with you to understand your needs and send you digital options to review as opposed to coming in and “shopping”. We can also get samples and get them to you for a “touch and feel” test.
How much do you charge?
This is a loaded question as you can imagine. “It depends” is never what you want to hear. Each project we do needs to be quoted separately. The best and fastest way to get a quote is complete the quote request form on this page. We’ll contact you after it’s been submitted if we have additional questions before completing your quote.
Do you have a catalog?
Unfortunately no. But the good news is that it’s on purpose and benefits you! We have access to so many products, it’s much more efficient for you to tell us about your project first and then let us narrow down some options.
Do you have set up fees?
No. For any projects where we decorate the product in-house, there are $0 in set up fees.
Do you print everything yourselves?
Great question! 99% of products that fall into the “soft goods” category we print in-house. Anything else we work closely with our trusted preferred vendors as your agent to ensure you get exactly what you want or need.
Do you have minimums?
Yes. However, our minimums are based on printed products that use the same print, not on style and colors. This means you can mix and match any number of apparel and accessory products to meet the minimum as long as they use the same print(s). Don’t be afraid to contact us if you have other questions about this.
Besides apparel, what else can I put my logo or design on?
The possibilities are truly endless, but aside from the normal t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, etc., we can get you any other products that can be decorated such as drinkware, notebooks, sports uniforms, gift boxes, electronics… the list could go on. Do you screen print?
No. Traditional screenprinting—pushing ink through a silk screen—may still have its place for certain projects, but our printing process is far superior. Our prints don’t feel “cakey” and will never crack. We use a unique heat printing process that actually embeds the print into the fabric of the garment as opposed to just laying it on top like traditional screenprinting.
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes! We offer embroidery and expert digitizing so your logo or design looks amazing on whatever it gets stitched on.
Do you offer graphic design?
Yes! Unlike other companies that might offer some sort of art services, we offer everything from art prep to fill graphic design services.
Will you print or embroider products I already have?
Unfortunately no. The primary reason we don’t accept customer provided products is control. This might be sound ‘overbearing’, but in order to provide you with the best possible service and end product, we like to source the products we print ourselves.
